During my years in corporate leadership, I chased success the way so many of us do with long hours, constant availability, and the belief that balance would come later.
I loved the pace, the impact, and the opportunities, but underneath it all was a quiet exhaustion — the feeling that I was giving my best everywhere except to myself.
I’d be thinking about numbers and deadlines when I wanted to be fully present at home.
I was trying to do it all — lead well, show up for my family, and still find time to breathe.
The real turning point came when I stopped trying to outwork the imbalance and started to understand it.
I got quiet, got honest about what I needed, and redefined success to include both achievement and ease.
That shift is what inspired the Accelerator — a space for heart-led leaders to get the mindset, structure, and strategy to grow in their careers and their lives.
