Honest ambition

A women's lunch series from Habituelle and The Fitler Club

Does this sound familiar?

01

You're successful on paper, but you're exhausted behind the scenes.

02

You find yourself saying "yes" long after your calendar and energy have said "no."

03

You feel guilty setting boundaries, even when you know you need them.

04

You're constantly taking care of everyone else while your own needs end up at the bottom of the list.

05

You worry that slowing down will make people think you're less committed or less ambitious.

06

You know something has to change, but you're not sure where to begin.

If you found yourself nodding along, you're not alone. This conversation on boundaries & burnout was created for you.

Why we created this series…

We believe some of the most important conversations women need to have are the ones we're least likely to have.

Honest Ambition was created to make space for those discussions whether they're about burnout, money, confidence, friendships, motherhood, leadership, or identity. Because when women share honestly, we don't just leave with new ideas. We leave feeling seen, understood, and less alone.

That's the kind of community we're building.

Jessi Sheridan

Founder of Habituelle &

Honest ambition Facilitator

Jessi is a coach, consultant, former nonprofit executive turned storyteller with nearly two decades of experience helping leaders and organizations move with clarity, courage, and purpose. She believes leadership is a habit and one that women can strengthen through reflection, connection, and community.

She founded Habituelle to help ambitious women reconnect with what matters most, step into their power, and lead lives they’re proud of.

Her superpower? Helping people see what they can’t always see for themselves and supporting them as they grow into their next chapter with confidence.

“I left the lunch feeling incredibly fulfilled and energized with new connections. Jessi created a safe and supportive space that allowed us to feel comfortable enough to share our strengths and perspectives with women we just met. We felt empowered to help each other with the challenges we are currently facing. I left the lunch with a strong connection that I still stay in touch with months later. It’s comforting to have a group of women in my corner.”
