Honest ambition
A women's lunch series from Habituelle and The Fitler Club
Does this sound familiar?
You're accomplished a lot, but the version of success you once wanted doesn't feel quite right anymore.
You can feel yourself changing, but you're not entirely sure who you're becoming or what you want next.
You're ready for something new, but letting go of the identity, title, or expectations you've carried feels harder than you expected.
You wonder who you are when you're no longer defined by the role, career, business, or version of yourself that got you here.
You feel pulled toward a bigger or different life, even if you can't fully articulate what that looks like yet.
You know you’re ready for your next chapter, but you’re navigating the uncertainty that comes with becoming someone new.
If you found yourself nodding along, you're not alone. This conversation on reinvention & identity was created for you.
Why we created this series…
We believe some of the most important conversations women need to have are the ones we're least likely to have.
Honest Ambition was created to make space for those discussions whether they're about burnout, money, confidence, friendships, motherhood, leadership, or identity. Because when women share honestly, we don't just leave with new ideas. We leave feeling seen, understood, and less alone.
That's the kind of community we're building.
Jessi Sheridan
Founder of Habituelle &
Honest ambition Facilitator
Jessi is a coach, consultant, former nonprofit executive turned storyteller with nearly two decades of experience helping leaders and organizations move with clarity, courage, and purpose. She believes leadership is a habit and one that women can strengthen through reflection, connection, and community.
She founded Habituelle to help ambitious women reconnect with what matters most, step into their power, and lead lives they’re proud of.
Her superpower? Helping people see what they can’t always see for themselves and supporting them as they grow into their next chapter with confidence.
“I left the lunch feeling incredibly fulfilled and energized with new connections. Jessi created a safe and supportive space that allowed us to feel comfortable enough to share our strengths and perspectives with women we just met. We felt empowered to help each other with the challenges we are currently facing. I left the lunch with a strong connection that I still stay in touch with months later. It’s comforting to have a group of women in my corner.”
